Suprasel with Additives

Suprasel® with additives is a range of vacuum salts with different additives:

• Suprasel® Nitrite - with a variety of nitrite contents and grain sizes – Nitrite salt is only used for meat applications. It is prohibited in all other applications.

• Suprasel® Iodine – with a variety of iodine levels. Legislation in some countries requires the addition of iodine to prevent goitre. It is typically used in baking products.

Our great advantage is that we are able to mix the additives with the salt to produce a very homogeneous mixture that doesn’t separate.
