Microfine salt
Suprasel® microfine salt is a unique product, ensuring a high dissolution factor. The special selected particle size guarantees a good mixing and contributes to an optimal taste experience. This grain size is especially suited for the dairy industry, e.g. to salt butter.
Extra fine salt
Suprasel® extra fine salt has its main applications in soups & ready meals, snacks, sauces & spices and bouillon.
Fine salt
Suprasel® fine salt is mainly used in meat, canning, cheese processing and compound food products, e.g. soups.
Unsieved salt
Suprasel® unsieved salt is mainly used for fish preparation (maturing).
Medium salt
Suprasel® medium salt is especially suitable for fish preparation and for cheddar cheese.
Coarse salt
The main application of Suprasel® coarse salt is for fish preparation (packing).
